Eligibility for Return
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Certain products such as cosmetics, personal care items, undergarments, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
A replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Return Shipping Charges
If the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by the vendor/EmpowerHer.
For other return reasons (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer will bear return shipping charges.
Order from Multiple Vendors
Since EmpowerHer is a marketplace, return requests must be handled separately for each vendor.
Non-Refundable Situations
Products returned without original packaging or tags.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Products beyond the 7-day return window.
